NEIGHBORHOOD
Ditmas Park, on foot
Porches, leafy blocks, a historic district, and a commercial street you can actually use. Homes are part of it. So is the walk.
Cortelyou Road
The main strip for coffee, dinner, our curated food and drink list, and the subway. Most daily errands and community life start right here on Cortelyou.
Sunday Greenmarket
Year-round on Sundays. It is the standing neighborhood appointment for farm-fresh produce, baked bread, and catching up with neighbors.
Parks & the Historic District
Residential blocks in the historic district are famous for detached Victorian homes with gables, wrap-around porches, and deep green lawns. Apartment buildings sit closer to Cortelyou. Nearby Prospect Park gives our avenues extra tree canopy.
Cortelyou Road on the Q express line is the primary subway station, with the B line close as well. Commutes into Midtown Manhattan generally take 35 to 45 minutes.
